What we know about burnout is that it often develops beneath the surface of our conscious awareness. Because of this, its full impact can arrive suddenly and without clear warning. The data here is compelling: it points to a clear need for all of us to be more mindful, intentional, and proactive in how we structure our work and safeguard our well-being.
