The IOA Ombuds has provided upward feedback that our organization may benefit from the creation of a code of conduct for both members and those who participate in association activities. IOA leadership has begun the process to create such a document, but we are only in the drafting stages and need your help.

We invite all members alongside those in the general IOA Community to participate in a conversation. We want to learn from your experience and your perspectives. Topics for the dialogue will include:

• Tell us about an approach you have seen that you thought was good
• Tell us about an approach you have seen that you thought was not effective
• If you have examples of codes or complaint processes you think are particularly effective, we invite you to share them. 

To accommodate different regions, focus groups will be held on the following days:

• Thursday, 18 August at 11:00 AM PT | Find Your Local Time
• Monday, 22 August at 6:00 PM PT | Find Your Local Time
• Tuesday, 13 September at 7:00 AM PT  | Find Your Local Time

If you would like to participate, please register via zoom below. Each focus group will be limited to 12 participants to allow for maximum discussion and will last one hour. Depending on the amount of interest, additional sessions may be added
