Renew Your Membership

We appreciate your support this past year, and we look forward to your continued commitment to IOA and the organizational ombuds profession.

The IOA Membership Year is from January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year. Members are encouraged to renew between October through December. If your membership has recently lapsed, you may still renew your membership by paying your dues invoice.

New Membership Renewal Process

If you did not renew your 2019 dues by the end of 2018, you received an email notification on January 8, 2019 with a new dues invoice attached. To pay dues online, simply click the invoice link at the bottom of the email, or return the attached invoice with a check.

You may also pay your dues online by logging into your profile. From your profile page, click on the "Renew" button, or to find your invoice:

  1. Hover your mouse over the My Profile tab, and click on Invoices. 
  2. Open the invoice and click the button at the bottom of the invoice to pay by credit card.

Please log in and update your profile, upload a profile photo, and join our new Discussion Circles.
