Ready to Renew Your Membership?

We appreciate your support this past year, and we look forward to your continued commitment to IOA and the organizational ombuds profession. Learn more about how to renew below.

If you are currently within your renewal period, you will have received an email notification with a dues invoice attached. To pay dues online, simply click the invoice link at the bottom of the email, or return the attached invoice with a check.

You may also pay your dues online by logging into your profile. From your profile page, click on the "Renew" button, or to find your invoice:

  1. Hover your mouse over the My Profile tab, and click on Invoices. 
  2. Open the invoice and click the button at the bottom of the invoice to pay by credit card.
  3. You can also log in and update your profile, upload a profile photo, and join our new Discussion Circles.

Renewing a group membership?

If you are currently within your renewal period, you will have received an email notification with a dues invoice attached. To pay dues online, simply click the invoice link at the bottom of the email, or return the attached invoice with a check.

If you have updates that need to be made to your group membership and you are currently within your renewal period, please fill out our Group Membership Renewal Form to make these updates.
