About This Committee & Its Mission

The Program Certification Eligibility Committee will support the development and implementation of the program-level certification process. This committee will be responsible for reviewing applications from organizations seeking certification, ensuring alignment with established standards and practices for organizational ombuds programs. Members will work collaboratively to evaluate submissions, contribute to the evolution of program certification criteria, and help maintain the integrity and credibility of the certification process. As this is a new initiative, the committee’s responsibilities may evolve as the program develops.
