It is part of our role to coach toward positive resolution, compassionately and productively. Sometimes this might involve helping a visitor shift his/her mindsets toward more openness, personal responsibility, and generating options.
This webinar presents two key core mindsets- the ‘player’ mindset and the ‘learner’ mindset, and will demonstrate how they can be used to help ‘get unstuck’ and empower people to move forward. Learning Objectives
BiographiesAndrew Cohn, JD is the founder and principal of Lighthouse Consulting, LLC. For over 20 years, he has worked globally as a consultant, facilitator, coach and problem-solver for businesses and individuals. Cohn has counseled and trained senior and mid-level leaders on a variety of issues including team leadership, performance management, interpersonal effectiveness, strategic thinking, diversity and women’s leadership, conflict resolution and work/life balance. He works with clients to overcome “right v. wrong” thinking and he supports leaders in expanding their toolkits related to communication and relationships, business strategy development and technical competence. He emphasizes awareness and personal development as foundational to skill development and improved effectiveness. In addition to serving his own clients, Cohn partners with some of the world’s leading leadership development consultancies.
