Mentor Connections

Without an in-person conference in 2020, we’ve missed the value of networking with our mentors!  This meeting will facilitate a mentor check-in to determine how the mentoring relationship is progressing – how the current environment is affecting mentoring relationships.  We will explore what mentors need from the Mentoring Committee to better meet their needs, and finally, we hope to ignite an esprit de corps among the mentors as a community who see themselves as part of a larger effort to provide new ombuds member value and retention.
