We are delighted to announce that we have launched a new IOA website. You are invited to visit our new and improved site at www.ombudsassociation.org.

We have made improvements to many sections of the website and will be continually updating the new platform. A few highlights include:

• A new website design and color scheme that reflects our new, sophisticated branding and allows for better readability
• An updated navigation bar to help members and visitors more easily access our most popular resources
• The addition of new content for aspiring ombuds and members of the public looking for ombuds resources

We thank you for your patience as we continue to update the IOA name and logo across all of our materials, publications, and content. More changes are coming!

Our Brand Story

In 2018, IOA began our journey to redefine the way we communicate about our association and about the organizational ombuds profession as a whole. Last month, we announced the results of this effort and revealed the new logo. Now, we are fully launching the new brand and new website.

IOA welcomes you to join us in celebrating this new direction. All IOA members now have access to downloadable IOA Member Branding Materials including the new logo, a badge, a member certificate, and more.

We encourage you to take some time to update the IOA logo and name on your website and any other place it may appear in your communications and marketing materials. Additionally, if you have any links to the IOA Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics, we encourage you to link directly to the IOA website so viewers can see the latest versions of these documents in all available languages.
